Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VercelPress, Inc. ("VercelPress", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and our headless WordPress deployment platform (the "Service"). We keep this short and readable on purpose.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service — deploying your site, revalidating pages when content changes, surfacing performance analytics, handling billing, providing support, and communicating with you. We do not sell your personal information.

WordPress & deployment data

Connection tokens and any deploy credentials are encrypted at rest. Content fetched from your WordPress is cached at the edge to serve your visitors quickly; it is processed solely to render and revalidate your site.

Cookies & analytics

Our marketing site uses privacy-respecting product analytics to understand usage and improve the experience. Customer sites' Real User Monitoring collects performance timings, coarse geography, and device type — never the content visitors type.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time; deployment logs and raw performance beacons are rotated on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to operate the Service, including Vercel (hosting), Convex (application data), Stripe (billing), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
